At ceylonpeacock.travel, we aim to offer flexibility and transparency with our cancellation policies. Our goal is to make rescheduling or cancelling your trip as smooth and fair as possible.
🔄 Standard Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund minus any banking fees.
41–60 days before arrival: Forfeit of deposit.
30–40 days before arrival: 50% refund (after deposit).
20–29 days before arrival: 25% refund.
19 days or less: No refund.
Note: Airfare, special experiences, or boutique accommodations may have their own policies. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
✈️ Cancellations Due to Flight or Visa Issues
If your trip must be canceled due to denied visas, major flight changes, or health emergencies, we offer credits or partial refunds depending on the situation. Documentation may be required.
🔁 Flexible Rescheduling
In the event you need to postpone:
Reschedule your tour for another date within 12 months.
Travel credit will be issued equal to the amount already paid.
Subject to availability and seasonal pricing adjustments.
